Publication of Conference materials:

Full texts of presentations, up to 10 pages including tables and figures (optional in English, Russian or Ukrainian), will be published in Conference Proceedings on CD. Abstracts and Conference Proceedings will be distributed during Registration. Presentations which will be recommended by Programme (Scientific) Committee and presented by author personally will be published in Conference Materials and distributed after the conference.

Author's Guide:

• Full texts of presentations up to 10 pages including tables and figures (not more than 5 Mb file) should be submitted by e-mail.
  
  
• Layouts:
    - top, bottom, left and right margins - 2 cm;
    - paragraph - 1 cm;
    - font - Times New Roman;
    - font size - 12, single spacing, aligned to width. Do not use either spacing or tabulator for beginning of a paragraph;
  
  
• If the full text is in Russian or Ukrainian, at the beginning of the text in a new centred paragraph the title, author's surnames and initials, complete name(s) of institution(s) and the city and country must be given in English;
  
  
• Texts and other related materials are accepted in Microsoft Word 2003 format only;
  
  
• Complex formulas should be typed in Microsoft Equation;
  
  
• Figures should be black-and-white and positioned inside the text. One paragraph must separate the figure from the caption, as well as from the text above and below. The captions should be positioned under the figures and aligned to width. Recommended figures dimensions - 160х220 mm. Text on figures should have a font size of 10. Subfigures should be enumerated with letters: a, b, c… The figure number and caption should not be part of the figure. In addition, figures should be sent as separate files, with the figure number in the file name (*.wmf, *.emf, *.tif, *.jpg formats, resolution - not less than 300 dpi).
  
  
• The table heading should begin with the word "Table", followed by the number and the title, and must be aligned to center. The heading must precede the table and be separated from it by one paragraph;
  
  
• File names (text and figures) must be in Latin characters;
  
  
• Acknowledgements (if any) are to be placed after the main text;
  
  
• References in the text should be given in parentheses and consist of the surname of the author(s), followed by the year of publication. All references cited in the text should be presented in the reference list. The reference list should be in alphabetical order and on separate sheet. Please see example below;
